Training and support are the backbone of a successful franchise system. We will provide a week’s worth of essential training before you open your franchise, followed by on- location assistance as you open your office. We will also provide software training, a website, a startup kit, and guidelines to ensure that you can hit the ground running. An intranet forum will facilitate efficient communication as well as a continued educational platform where you will be able to quickly turn for reminders, to brush up on best practices, and to help train the employees that you bring to the Nexus team. We also offer assistance in administrative record keeping, accounting systems, site selection, and any area that is essential to operating a Nexus Property Management® franchise.

Communication is the key to successful property management and it is the key to a successful franchise. We will provide a dedicated phone line for all of our franchisees in addition to our electronic communication. communication We will also provide announcements and/or newsletters that will contain ongoing training related to your business. As noted above, the intranet forum will be essential in linking all members of the Nexus team.

Just put down my deposit and signed the lease. Agency is very professional. Responded to craigslist inquiry in less than 24 hours, and I had a walk-through appointment set for less than a day after that. Apartment was clean and as advertised. Approval took about a day. Lease signature and deposit process completed online in minutes, hassle-free. Online portal is convenient, but property managers remain accessible by phone/text if necessary.

Woke up to no hot water on Wednesday, 12/23. Put in an emergency maintenance request with Nexus. A couple hours later I was contacted by Tom from Nexus Maintenance who assured me they would get the problem assessed and resolved asap, and that he did! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tom for his excellent service in getting my water heater replaced and up and running, in time to do my dinner dishes! Tom was totally professional and he kept me informed and aware of the repair needed and the time expected to do the work. The job was completed in record time and I'm delighted with the outcome! Thank you, Tom and Merry Christmas to you and everyone at Nexus!
