WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ACCIDENTALLY CATCH A SKUNK
These days it's all about the algorithms and using a title or headline that will apply to the largest amount of people...well, that's not quite the approach here. As Nexus Worcester Franchise owner Jesse Mayo shares, he's likely the only landlord in history that's had to deal with this issue.
While recently tending to one of his own properties (yes, most of our team members are investors as well), Jesse found a surprise from his outgoing tenant waiting for him under the stairs. We love our tenants, we treat them with respect, and we operate under the mantra that happy tenants make happy owners...we also do our best to think in terms of long term results and unfortunately, the actions taken by this tenant lead to the stickiest of situations.
A quick word of advice: if you lose your cat, don't use an outdoor wildlife trap, baited with cat food, to get it back :)
