I have used Nexus Property Management and Greg R. on multiple occasions to lease out vacant units in my owned investment properties. In every instance tenants were found in a timely manner, and the wealth of background information provided on each prospective tenant is second to none. From credit scores, to background checks and personal letters from prospective tenants I always feel I have a solid base of information to make an educated decision on potential tenants. Greg is also a pleasure to deal with, he provides constant updates throughout the process and always addresses concerns in a timely manner.
