Many property owners have other obligations, commitments, and careers. Some live inconveniently far from their investments. Lots of people just don't enjoy the inevitable broken appointments when trying to show vacant units, the 2am phone call about the broken water pipe, or the hassle of rent collection and paperwork. Nexus™ solves all of these issues and will in most case cost little to nothing. if you were to have just one month vacant and not collect rent you would have lost more money than the cost of professional management from Nexus™ for a whole year in many cases!

Nexus Feedback
Being in the property management field personally for over 9 years I've learned the differences between real property management companies that know how to operate full circle, i.e. dealings with tenants, owners and employees, and fly by night property management companies that do the minimum with astronomical fees. With saying that, I've had great experiences with Nexus Property Management. From the tenant placement process, easy payment options, any and all maintenance issues I encountered they immediately addressed the issue by sending out a knowledgeable, respectful and professional maintenance technician, I would highly recommend Nexus Property Management if an owner is seeking a Property management service and/or if a tenant is looking for a new place to call home.

Writing this review in recognition regarding Rhode Island BEST/TOP Property Management Company NEXUS, look nowhere else. I am impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, especially Gregory J. Rice. Greg, always answered any questions and extremely knowledgeable of the rental business as well as personable. From an investor stand point, I apprentice knowing the person managing my property, also has rentals, they UNDERSTAND OWNERS, & TENANTS. NEXUS online portal is a great way for owners and tenants to communicate. Between the management and technicians they always get the job done right the FIRST TIME! NEXUS UNDERSTANDS REAL ESTATE, NEXUS IS REAL ESTATE!

Nick at nexus was the most helpful and professional realtor out of the MANY we dealt with. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone else looking to buy or rent a home
