How do I get started ?

Working with Greg at Nexus Property Management made moving a breeze! We have been apartment hunting for a very long time now, and whenever we would come across a Nexus listing we would be so excited because their approach to renting with the videos is amazing. Being able to see the entire place from the comfort of your own home saves so much time and effort for a 5 minute walk through of somewhere you might not want. I was happily surprised at how fast the response time was. Most places take a day or so, but Greg got back to me that same night. Overall I would highly recommend using Nexus Property Management to anyone looking to rent or buy! They really make a nerve wracking enough move nice and smooth. I am happy to be working with them.

Responded to craigslist inquiry in less than 24 hours, and I had a walk-through appointment set for less than a day after that. Apartment was clean and as advertised. Approval took about a day. Lease signature and deposit process completed online in minutes, hassle-free. Online portal is convenient, but property managers remain accessible by phone/text if necessary.
