I was having a showing with my daughter and your agent Makalai is very unprofessional and disrespectful, There was no electricity in the apartment that’s not a problem but he didn’t bother to put a flashlight in the bathroom just to show me , and he left me inside the apartment and waited for me outside And he didn’t mention anything about the laundry room.

Greg, always answered any questions and extremely knowledgeable of the rental business as well as personable. From an investor stand point, I apprentice knowing the person managing my property, also has rentals, they UNDERSTAND OWNERS, & TENANTS. NEXUS online portal is a great way for owners and tenants to communicate. Between the management and technicians they always get the job done right the FIRST TIME!
