we charge a monthly management fee based on rent collected, and a RErental fee for placing a tenant. THAT'S IT!

Tom is always very quick to respond after a service request is put in and always comes at the time he says he’s going to. My kitchen sink was leaking and he came and replaced it next day with no problem!
