Nexus Feedback

If you’re looking for a new home, Nexus Property Management is the best company to go to in Rhode Island! Mik is extremely professional, responsive, and kind and does a great job making the rental experience as best as possible. We inquired about a property and within three days we secured a new home which really shows the time and dedication behind this company.

Been calling them for 2 weeks about a tenant issue. Stated it was an emergency. Not a single call back or email. Now police are involved and still cant get anyone to even reach out to me via email or phone. Do not rent from Nexus

Response from the owner:

Phil, we have done our best to manage the situation but unfortunately it’s difficult for us to monitor/police tenant behavior on a 24/7 basis. The issue seems to be between multiple tenants, and the beef existed prior to our management service beginning. Once the police get involved we step back. Telling people not to rent from us because tenants need constant babysitting is not a fair comparison.
