Can’t say enough about Nexus. As a novice home owner the Pawtucket crew did everything they could to assist me with all the crazy and sometimes frustrating nuances of home ownership in RI. The crazy laws, the “undesirable tennants” repair advice, general ownership advice, long term planning- you name it. Someone always picks up the phone, no automated service. The website is easy to navigate. The maintenance team is thorough, honest and professional. Can you put a price on peace of mind? If you could then Nexus is worth every penny. These guys take care of you as if you’re a good friend, and they have a stake in your success. They’ll never leave you hanging, and things get taken care of fast. Greg is one of the most authentic and compassionate people I have had the privilege of getting to know. As a young, energetic, and purpose driven millennial, I wanted to learn more about how to pod cast and create a youtube channel. After seeing greg's ri spot light and the first few episodes, as well as his humorous not nice greg rice bits- I decided to reach out and see if he would be kind enough to share some advice to someone who was was looking to start her own podcast/ channel series.
