Another area I have to give them kudos is with their transparent pricing structure (I mean who puts their prices right online?! They have nothing to hide and you know exactly what you get and for how much!!). Last but not least, as a landlord, I love the idea that the tenants accounts are debited each month and I can collect money when it is due. When tenants do not pay, Nexus contacts them and after 5 days of non payment, they will start the eviction process and will fill the tenant's place at no charge as part of their guarantee to place you with the best tenants!! Needless to say I highly recommend!
